My reasons for teaching...
I left corporate America seven years ago to teach and I have NEVER felt more at home than I do in my classroom. For years, everything about me screamed teacher, but I didn’t listen to my calling until I was 10 years into a corporate career.
I have always known that I am a person who felt a strong urge to make a difference in the lives of others. So when the opportunity presented itself to teach, I jumped on the chance. I finally feel that the contribution that I am making to society is a notable one and one which I truly enjoy. At the end of my day, what really matters in my life is how we make others feel, what we learn from them and those relationships that we form...and it is for these reasons that I teach.
Thank you for allowing me to share my passion with your child and help them to become successful contributors to the world in which we live.
